1. What exactly does my concierge do?

Your concierge handles day-to-day coordination — bookings, follow-ups, recommendations, and inquiries — all through WhatsApp. We save you time by taking care of the details so you can focus on what matters most. If you're unsure - just ask and we will accommodate.

2. Is this a real person or AI?

Every message is handled by a real human. No bots. No scripts. Just thoughtful service.

3. Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?

No hard limit. You can send unlimited requests. We simply ask that requests stay within fair, everyday use — and we'll always let you know if something falls outside of scope.

4. Do you make payments or purchases for me?

No. We never make purchases or handle payment on your behalf. If a vendor requires payment, we'll send you the link or instructions to pay them directly.

5. When can I expect a reply?

Most requests are acknowledged within minutes. Our concierge team provides prompt responses and immediate attention to your needs. Urgent items are always prioritized.

6. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime before or after your free trial. No contracts. No hidden fees. To cancel, please send an email to members@pocketconcierge.me with the header "Cancel my membership". If possible, please include a brief description of why you will be cancelling as it will really help us improve our service.

7. Is this service available outside the UAE?

Currently, our regular subscription service is available only within the UAE. However, we do offer a one-time payment option for tourists planning to visit the UAE. With our deep local expertise and connections, we can help make your visit exceptional. Learn more about our tourist packages.

8. Is there a trial period?

Yes. You get a 7-day complimentary trial when you sign up. A credit card is required to activate the trial, but you won't be charged unless you continue after the 7 days.

9. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store or have access to your credit card details.

10. Are there any limits to the types of requests I can make?

We're here to help with coordination — bookings, appointments, reminders, recommendations, follow-ups. We do not handle:

  • Legal, financial, or medical advice
  • Emergency services
  • Physically completing tasks
  • Anything unethical or inappropriate

If a request falls outside of scope, we'll let you know politely and suggest an alternative if possible.

11. What if I'm not happy with my concierge?

Our business is extremely flexible and can accommodate the needs of all our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your concierge service, please reach out to us directly at members@pocketconcierge.me. We will find a suitable arrangement based on your specific needs and ensure you receive the level of service you deserve.
